Your wedding is one of the most personal events in your life, so we will be working in partnership with you to turn your dream wedding in to reality.

1. There will be a personal consultation with you about your wedding plans and we will provide general advice on locations and the options available.

2. We will prepare a written proposal and initial costing drawn from up-to-date research on your chosen location. This will include the legal requirements, venue selection, and transport and accommodation options. There will be a separate proposal for an inspection trip.

3. An inspection trip will be organised for you to vet venues, accommodation, caterers, florists, photographers, entertainment, invitations and gifts.

4. A more comprehensive written proposal and costing and contract will be prepared following the inspection trip. Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and deposit payment.

5. There will be monthly review meetings and we will be working in as flexible a manner as possible throughout all stages.

6. We will travel ahead of you and your guests to ensure all the arrangements are in place. We will be there on your wedding day, quietly working in the background to make sure everything goes to plan.

Personal consultation 12 months prior
Initial proposal 10 months prior
Inspection trip 9 months prior
Contract 9 months prior

Payment schedule
Subject to individual contracts.
Written proposal: £500 payable in advance
Inspection trip: Cost to be advised and payable in advance
Contractual deposit: 50%
Balance of payment: Due at least 12 weeks in advance.
