We have been arranging walking holidays to Nepal for two decades and every person we have taken there has fallen in love with the country and its people.

Nepal is unique – as soon as you land in Kathmandu you are immersed into another world – one of monumental natural beauty, inhabited by a gentle race of mountain people that live by their ancient customs. This is Everest country where the snow-capped peaks don’t get any bigger or more impressive and you really do feel that you are on the top of the world.

You will be able to enjoy the highest mountains in the world from a network of lowland trails linking rural communities in the foothills of the Himalayas in two contrasting regions - the Kathmandu Valley and Lake Phewa. After each day’s walk you will return to the comforts of luxury mountain lodges. There will be plenty of opportunities to meet the locals and embrace the traditional culture as well as early mornings watching the sun rise over the Himalayas and evening sundowners as it sets over the most magnificent backdrop in the world.

Our walking leaders are exceptional people; they are qualified Mountain Leaders from the UK experienced in working abroad and safety procedures, they are adaptable and caring and always friendly.Walks are tailored to suit you and your preferences. We look for either circular or one-way routes of usually 5 – 8 miles in length, but with our own transport on hand we can even offer half-day options. We walk slowly but the pace is up to you and with a team of 3 guides we can offer a choice to suit everyone. 

Everything is organised and included for you, so there are no hidden costs. Accommodation is in luxury mountain and lakeside lodges offering every comfort and fantastic views. An accompanying travel director takes care of all the arrangements and logistics, and acts as a second walking guide. The local walking guide provides further assistance and information on the fauna and flora and local customs.
